Christmas gifts are delivered in unbranded, spoiler proof packaging.
Gift Vouchers can be purchased for the value of £20, £30 and £50.

You must be aged 18 or older to buy alcohol. By placing an order with us online you are confirming you are aged 18 or older. It is an offence to sell alcohol to anyone under the age of 18 in the UK.
If you are buying alcohol for someone else the recipient must also be aged 18 or older.
Deliveries must be signed for by a person aged 18 or older. If our couriers are in any doubt about the age of the recipient on delivery, they will request some form of ID. We reserve the right to cancel the delivery if the age and identity of the recipient is in doubt.
If, for any reason, we aren’t able to fulfil the whole of your order we will swap out any missing items for a similar beer of at least equal value to minimise delays to the order. We reserve the right to swap up to 3 items to get an order dispatched as quickly as possible. If we need to swap more than 3 items, we will pop your order on hold and contact you for further instruction.
If you’ve ordered an item that is on Pre-Order, please be advised that the dispatch date is a target and this may be subject to change. If there are any delays to pre-order products being shipped, we will contact you immediately to give an updated estimate.
Customer Referral Scheme and £10 Offer
Existing HonestBrew customers (the ‘Advocate’) can refer their friends and family (the ‘New Customer’) and each be rewarded for their efforts. The Advocate receives £5 account credit for each successful referral, and the New Customer receives £10 off their first order with HonestBrew.
New customers must have a minimum basket value of £35 of beer.
The New Customer must apply the Advocate’s referral code at checkout in order to apply the discount and successfully activate the referral. Referral credits cannot be applied after the New Customer has placed their order.
Advocate or New Customer credits are not exchangeable or redeemable for cash.
Advocate credits are automatically applied to the Advocate’s next following subscription payment (if a subscriber) or shop order.
HonestBrew reserves the right to invalidate credits and orders in cases of abuse or fraud.
If you have received a £10 off offer from one of our lovely partners then the same terms and conditions apply. The offer is available to new customers only and must have a minimum basket value of £35 of beer.
Honesty Box Subscriptions
Honesty Boxes are a flexible subscription. You can cancel, skip a delivery or change the delivery frequency at any time from your “My Account” page.
Your payment card will be charged each month before we send out your Honesty Box. We will send you a reminder email each month to confirm your taste preferences and to let you know a box is on it’s way (you’ve still got time to skip or cancel). We like being honest.
We hand-pick the beers that go into your Honesty Box based on your flavour profile. We try our best to give you a balanced selection across all of the flavours you select.
We list an extensive, ever changing range of craft beer from 100+ breweries, this means the beers in your box may differ from the imagery showcased on our website.
HonestBrew Bank Membership
The HonestBrew Bank is a programme that gives members access to a set of exclusive benefits and products. It’s not a real Bank, so don’t be expecting a home loan or an actual savings account, it IS a way to get a permanently great deal on beer.
You earn 10% interest in Beer Credits on any amount deposited into your HonestBrew Bank account. Deposits consist of the monthly recurring £20 membership payment, and any manual top-ups via the My Account portal. Additional amounts spent on products do not earn interest
Bank members receive an Express Shipping service at the Standard Shipping rate (£4.99) on applicable products. To qualify for Same Day Dispatch, orders must be placed before 1pm on a weekday – refer to Delivery & Returns for more info.
Spending Beer Credits:
Beer Credits may be spent on any product sold by HonestBrew except Subscriptions, Gift Subscriptions, and Beer Credits as a Gift. Your Contribution (the amount your card gets charged) and Interest are spent at an equal rate.
Stopping your Membership:
You can cancel your HonestBrew Bank membership at any time through your My Account portal, but stopping your membership means you are no longer entitled to any of the benefits. In stopping your HonestBrew Bank membership your Beer Credits remain on your account unless you request to withdraw them by email.
You may request to withdraw your Beer Credits at any time, less Interest or any gift, promotional or bonus credits. As Your Contribution and Interest are spent at an equal rate, 10% of your Beer Credits balance (less gift, promotional or bonus credits) at any time will be considered Interest.
Benefits – HonestBrew reserves the right to change or alter the membership benefits at any time.
Beer Credits – this refers to the balance on your HonestBrew Bank account
Your Contribution – this refers to the actual amounts charged to your credit or debit card as deposit into your HonestBrew Bank account in the form of Beer Credits
HonestBrew Loyalty Programme
The HonestBrew loyalty programme, is a point based loyalty scheme. You earn points by: buying your favourite beer, or reviewing beers you’ve tried. Your points are accumulated into a grand total, the value of which puts you into one of three levels. Each level unlocks exclusive rewards which can be redeemed when you next make a purchase.
Level One: 1 – 1,500
Level Two: 1,501 – 7,999
Each level has a number of rewards associated with it. Only once you achieve the number of points associated with each level will you be able to access the rewards that level offers.

Items marked with an asterisks are available on a rolling basis, meaning you can use them more than once! All other rewards are single use.
All customers are automatically enrolled in the HonestBrew Loyalty Programme when they make a purchase. We will send you updates on your ranking, as well as updates to your rewards via email. Points are earned on every purchase and review you make. Points have no shelf life and remain active for the entire time your HonestBrew account is active.
When products are returned for a refund to the original payment method, points will be deducted from your account for the amount of return. By using the HonestBrew Loyalty Programme you’re agreeing to not abuse the rewards available to you.
You can view your points at anytime through the ‘Loyalty‘ function on the HonestBrew website.
HOW TO REDEEM POINTS: To redeem your reward visit the ‘Loyalty‘ page and follow the instructions that appear once you click ‘view’. After a purchase has been made, points will be added to your account within 24H.
REWARDS: Please visit the ‘Loyalty‘ page for a current list of rewards. All reward items details are at the sole discretion of HonestBrew. You cannot transfer, substitute or redeem rewards for cash. HonestBrew reserves the right to substitute a reward of comparable or greater value, at its sole discretion.
