Buxton x Lervig
Trolltunga – Gooseberry Sour IPA

Trolltunga is a jutting rock in Norway, hanging 700 metres over lake Ringedalsvatnet. Only the wary tread the path to the very edge. This beer was brewed to celebrate friendship and a love of wild places. A wonderfully tart take on a classic IPA that adds a touch of refreshing complexity to an already excellent brew.

Siren Craft Brew
Pompelmocello – Grapefruit Sour IPA

Pompelmocello arrived as a special release, and then came back time and time again due to it’s immense popularity. An IPA at heart with a robust 6% ABV and decent hop bill, it has been soured with lactobacillus, and then juiced up with the addition of grapefruit juice & zest. The result is a delicious, refreshing, tart & fruity drinking experience!

Castaway – Passionfruit Sour

The perfect summer sour. Yellowbelly’s house Berliner Weisse recipe is soured with their continuously evolving, barrel stored lactobacillus culture and conditioned on a small tropical island worth of passionfruit. Expect a lovely fruity aroma, more fruit on the tongue, and even more fruit on the finish, all rounded with a gentle acidity from the souring process.

Pressure Drop
Rhubarb: A User’s Guide – Berliner Weisse

A crisp refreshing beer that’s ideal for the summer. Brewed with Yorkshire ‘Pink Gold’ rhubarb juice, infused with fresh lemon thyme, hibiscus and rose petals and dry-hopped with Huell Melon. A collaboration with 30 female brewers from around the country & students from Heriot-Watt university, to celebrate women in brewing.

Magic Rock
Salty Kiss – Gooseberry Gose

Magic Rock’s take on the Leipziger Gose, brewed initially as a collab with Danish master brewer Anders Kissmeyer. Gooseberries, Sea-Buckthorn and Sea Salt are tossed into the mix adding some fine complexity to this lightly tart, refreshing Gose.

Hip Pop Hae – Sea Buckthorn Sour

Pouring with an amber glow, this sea buckthorn sour from Estonia’s Pühaste is refreshing and restrained beer with notes of orange and cider vinegar that are balanced by a hint of honey on the finish. The gentle lactic acidity and light body mean the palate is cleansed and another bottle is required.

Boundary Brewing
