Tom –
Alexis –
Thomas –
Gavin –
Paul –
Extremely crushable
Nik –
Quite a thin beer but the lemon / tropical tastes are there, definitely a summer garden / BBQ tin rather than a cold wet post football in the rain drink!
Ellis –
Zingy and fizzy huge lemon notes
Mark –
Really good, citrusy and tropical
Gavin –
Cant beat a wylam beer and this one is brilliant
thomas –
Chris –
Unusual but enjoyable. The lemon is definitely there but not overpowering.
Dan –
Paul –
Light, punchy and a great feel.
Jonathan –
All the Wylam beers are great but I can’t recommend this beer highly enough; fresh and zesty – ideal on chilled on a hot summers day.

A very refreshing drink to help me through the summer heat
Henry –
John –
Not for me, expected something more hard hitting
Martin –
Not really my style. Like an unsweetened lemon drop in flavour
Darren –
Was hoping for more. Loads of sediment
William –
Had this on draft in Brighton in the Black Dove a few years ago and couldn’t wait to have it again.. I was just disappointing to be honest, little to no wow factor.. maybe my taste buds have changed!
Neal –
William –
Lemony, hoppy and light
Philip –
A classic beer from my neck of the woods. Light and refreshing without being overbearingly sweet.
Adam –
Disappointing. Hardly any lemon.
Cameron –
Bitter Lennon with a dry hoppy finish
Kirsty –
Blew me away – zingy, bright refresher of a brew. Perfect summer beer.
Matthew –
Michael –
Nice and easy to drink but not as many citrus notes coming through as I had hoped
Matthew –
Hayley –
This is an interesting beer but I expected to get more of the sherbet taste and I couldn’t really get the pineapple.
Liam –
This was nice but I didn’t feel that the description matched the reality, the flavour was not standing out for me.
David –
Tasted ok, lots of sediment, and not quite as exciting a beer as I’ hoped.
David –
Cracking citrus hit of a very pale ale.
William –
Can full of sediment. Only managed to have half a can. That half was good but feel like it was ruined by the need to dodge sediment.
Michael –
Andrew –
Very light and full of lemony/ citra hoppy flavour. This has become a favourite
Martin –
Tangy beer, quite nice
David –
Jamie –
Craig –
Mark –
A wonderful drink from Wylam. Refreshing and tasty and a go to drink of choice when available
Malcolm –
Paige –
Not sure on this one. A little soapy, the citrus was not as intense as expected. Not to my taste.
Chris –
Emma –
Wylam are so reliable and this is another great beer from them, not too lemony so not like a sour just really refreshing and easy to drink.
Greg –
Adam –
Clean, crisp, light citrus flavours.
Dan –
Bland and slight bitter after taste. Loads of sediment so wondering how long ago this was canned…
Chris –
Paul –
Ian –
Another favourite Draught. A pricy treat in a can.
Jonathan –
Aaron –
Wow!!! This beer is fantastic! Fresh and full of citrus flavour. I could drink this beer all summer and will definitely order more. If only their wasn’t soooo much sediment it would get 5 stars. It doesn’t affect the taste but doesn’t look too appealing in a glass.
Tom –
Lovely PA, rich in sweet and citrus flavours
Doug –
Lemon sherbet dancing on your tongue. What’s not to like?
Liz –
Thomas –
This was lovely in the sun. Really easy to drink.
joe –
Really refreshing
Graham –
Very light and quite dry. I expected more lemon to be honest.
James –
ok but not great, like the can though
jamie5 –
Ok
Joshua –
Strong but delicious
Richard –
A dib-dab of lemon, lime and tropical pineapple.
Joe –
Chill this beautiful designed can. Take it out on a bright August day and fall asleep, content, in your garden
Jason –
Crisp and light with flavour of lemon peel in the background, with a dry, hoppy finish.
Graham –
Light, fruity pale. Good for a summer’s day.
Richard –
A classic of a 4.2% beer. Wylam are fantastic. This is one of those beers you could drink all day!
Mark –
citrusy, slightly sweet
Oliver –
Nice, zingy and refreshing, great beer!
chris –
I really likes this – more a Pale Ale than a Sour..but very drinkable
Robert –
An Ultra Pale. Reminds me of a sherbet lemon. Lots of zesty, citrus zing. Lemon, lime and subtle pineapple taste.
Maya –
Light and refreshing. Good for a sunny day. .
Michael –
Nice and refreshing. A little bit tart, but fairly light and easy drinking.
Andrew –
This one didn’t quite live up to expectations for me. Don’t get me wrong, it’s a very pleasant drink. Just was expecting more of a kick with the citrus flavours
Daniel –
Shaun –
Wasn’t too keen on this. Not much of an aroma or taste to this. Quite forgettble
Martin –
A decent drop.
Cristian –
Light and fresh, great for enjoying out in the sun
Katrina –
Nicely balanced, easy drinking, perfect amount of lemon flavour
Jonathan –
Citrus, summery. Quite a lot of sediment at bottom so be careful not to pour the last drop
Lindsay –
Tastes like a lemon san pellegrino, but beer! Slightly lacking in depth, very refreshing and light but not a “hearty” flavour
Stuart –
A little strange but still good
James –
liam –
Fresh and lemony, but not overly so.
Gail –
phenomenal beer, will order more
Tom –
A bit different, not my usual favourite, but refreshing and crisp
Ben –
Smooth and delicious
Matthew –
Light, crisp, refreshing,
Michael –
Great taste 👌🏼
Aithne –
David –
good summer beer, crisp, lemony & refreshing
Chris –
A bit different – memorable.
Andrew –
Mitchell –
Terrible. Thin and completely see-thru body. Also full of sediment and gave me a bad stomach
Jonathan –
A fruity clean and refreshing brew, good beer but not Wylam’s best, I prefer their collab with yeastie boys.
Jonathan –
Excellent beer , light and refreshing very drinkable
Jonathan –
Nice refreshing beer but can see how this would be to everyone’s taste.
Tim –
Great beer. Enough lemon to make it interesting without being overpowering and ruining the beer like a lot of citrus pales can do.
laurence –
this beer was epic. if you love pale ale you enjoy this. smooth and very tropical. cool design to.
Ian –
Adina –
Jonathan –

Jack –
Decent. Not my favourite of Wylam’s, but an enjoyable quaff nevertheless. Lots of lemon tanginess.
Sheradan –
Asheq –
Bitter disappointment.
Ryan –
John –
One of the UK beer scenes flagship pale ales for my money.
Phillip –
Great lemon flavour in this one
Gareth –
One of my favourite pales, so easy drinking and honestly just really tasty. In a ‘one beer forever’ debate, this one is up there.
Barry –
Tastes like I am drinking a dib-dab sweet.
joe –
Seriously citrus, easy drinking all-dayer.
Matthew –
Nicholas –
Dan –
Fresh and zingy!
Julian –
This one hits you straight out of the can with a strong aroma and then a taste that is packed with flavour which would suggest a beer of a higher A.B.V. To me it is more of an IPA than a Pale Ale, but that’s not a criticism. For me, it’s not as lemon citrus as the name suggests.
Lee –
Fresh, lemon flavour, clean
Wayne –
Nice lemony taste. Crisp and refreshing
Christian –
Zesty and clean, could throw a few of these down quite easily on a summer afternoon!
Michael –
Underwhelming
James –
It is light and dominated by citrus fruits. Pretty decent brew
Christopher –
Wasn’t a big fan. Didn’t taste anything like described
Carl –
Nice, light, not at all limonata-ry pale ale with a name that sounds like someone from a Guy Ritchie film.
Paul –
Bit citrusy for me, but will be great for those who like that
Neil –
Gregory –
Adam –
Nice
Chris –
Amazing!
Craig –
Top beer
Jonathan –
Refreshing beauty from Wylam.
Alex –
Actually not as lemony as it sounds. Bit disappointing.
simon –
nice and fresh
Harry –
Good beer
Rob –
Neil –
Adam –
Didn’t excite a great deal. Was mildly tangy rather than sour, quite possibly as expected for the style, just not mad keen on it myself.
Chris –
Quite refreshing but not enough kick, all in all a good beer!
Andrew –
Fresh!
Waldemar –
Yes, yes, yes. Sherbet in a can. That classic pale brings plenty of refreshing and zesty notes with well developed hoppy depth. Love it.
stuart –
Tom –
Fresh
Seb –
Very nice beer. However I was thinking more lemon sherbet when I bought this. But still a great session beer.
hariseldon38 –
Lemon and tropical
Dave –
First time I’ve had this in a can – still a very good, light beer – very different to other Wylam beers but highly recommended!
Steven –
Lovely pale ale full of lemon flavours,at a great price
Tom –
Steven –
Very drinkable
Callum –
Very subtle
Craig –
Decent pale ale with lemon and pineapple. Does what it says on the label.
Greg –
Hugh –
I love this beer, as much for demonstrating that it is possible to make a 4.2% beer that is laden with great flavours as anything else
Michael –
I loved this beer.
Anonymous –
Love this!!!!
Really surprised at how lovely this is as am not usually an ale drinker. I prefer a Bacchus or Timmermans so this is a nice change. Good hoppy depth rounded with firm lemony punch! Almost grapefruit but not as bitter! Bloody lovely!!

Nothing special, maybe ok in the summertime around a BBQ
Steve –
Good pale ale with plenty of hop and at 4.2% makes a great summer session beer
Mark –
tasty, fresh
Olly –
It’s probably the wrong time of year for this one. Would be a very nice summer beer.
Andrew –
Very zesty but nothing to write home about
John –
OK and one of 3 better samples from Gift Subscription
