Nice beer

Despite being a huge fan of the Beer Geek range, sometimes it puts a foot wrong an dissapoints. Sadly this is one of them. The coffee in this is overly roasted making for a very bitter and dry beer, it also drinks quite thin in my opinion. Far from being a bad beer, it’s just I expect so much more from Wylam and Mikkeller’s Beer Geek series.

If you like coffee then you will like this
Nick –
Slightly disappointed with this one – would have liked a bit more smoother finish with the oatmeal stout.

Wow, oily coffee stillness – almost a capsicum flavour. Good mouthfeel. Would like a little more oats and mouthfeel, but it’s very good

Beautiful breakfast stout

Not overly strong coffee flavour. More like iced frappuccino because of the sweetness from the honey. Tasty!

Super roasty full on flavour coffee stout – brilliant

All about the coffee! Not all that much texture/mouthfeel for an oatmeal, but pretty smooth. Decent stout without anything special 🇬🇧🇩🇰

Coffee flavours dominate. Bit thin for a stout. Good, but not amazing.
