A juicy and tropical beer, with the slightly bitter taste of centennial giving it the perfect edge.

It’s hard not to say I was a bit disappointed. It was a bit … dry. If they had said this was a Brut I would have totally believed it. It’s a better example than the actual Bruts I’ve had. Not bad … just not what I was after.

I was personally disappointed with this. After all the hype I’d read I was hoping for better. It was just ok

I got a slight liquorice taste to this but another cracking beer from one of my favourite breweries

Has a slight dank and savoury edge to it which is odd, but not bad. A solid effort from Wylam.
Echoes of Chaos is an extra pale ale brewed with Pilsner Malt and low colour Maris Otter. Centennial and Chinook ricochet through the chasms of infinity toward the sweet, safe darkness of Idaho 7.
