Decent amount of coconut flavour to impact the beer but not take it away from being a nice juicy beer. Would buy again.

Yes, it’s coconutty but overall it’s the citrus and hoppy flavours that come through.

If you haven’t tried Wylam, the make arguably the best IPA’s I’ve tasted. This has oodles of mango and passionfruit with a creamy texture. The coconut is subtle and perfectly balanced with the hops, coming through beautifully in the aftertaste. Another in a long list of Wylam triumphs.

The first time I had Sabro hops I was amazed by the subtle coconut taste. By the end of that beer I’d grown frustrated with that subtlety and its failure to follow through. This 6.9% effort from Wylam addresses that beautifully, with back up from Citra hops, and added coconut to remove that frustrating lack of follow through. This is a beautiful beer. If you like coconut if course!
