Always room for another
Graham –
Oliver –
Not the best Wiper I found.
John –
Light crisp session ale citrus flavours.
Courtney –
Pete –
Martin –
good table beer
Adam –
Average beer this one, whilst it’s nice and light, it’s quite watery and lacks character
Lee –
David –
Daniel –
BARNABY –
Claire –
Not keen on this. The relatively low percent (2.7) is notable in the lack of depth and flavour.
Andrew –
Joseph –
Andrew –
Tasty table beer, easy chugger
Alex –
Matthew –
Tropical flavour with slight bitter after taste.
Tom –
Not my favourite brewery, but a really rather good table beer.
Gavin –
Marcus –
For those who want to drink many in the summer and relax you could get a pack of these and it’ll work a treat.
Nat –
Very fruity & fragrant but not over powering. Easy drinking. Really liked it!
Markus –
Perfect thirst quencher. And way better than those, mostly sweet, Radler. And as the name suggests, it’s light in taste
Ignacio –
Paul –
Even at 2.7 % this WaT brew is far superior in my opinion to the other light ale I tried this week, the Kernel Table Beer. The WaT feels much more substantial and flavourful in the mouth 👍🏻😉
Martin –
New too this brewery but found this lower alcohol version had all the flavour. Good to have in the fridge for a cheeky drink
Daniel –
Nice can, good beer.
Cathy –
easy drinker, love the citrus and one to be reordered
Michael –
Super refreshing, super light, nice balance of hops with the slightest bitterness to finish.
Philippa –
Tom –
Great low ABV pale ale.
Camille –
Good beer for the low ABV! Ideal when you want something lighter.
Paul –
Great little drink when you dont want anything too heavy, quite punchy for low volume
A –
For the low ABV it’s solid
Luke –
Nice light beer!
Philip –
Paul –
Low percentage but quite enjoyed it and was less than £2
Alexis –
Not their best beer and not as great as some of the other low % table style beers but still a thirst quenching beverage
Rebecca –
To say it is such a low %, this a pleasant drink.
John –
A tropical aroma. Pours a light golden colour in the glass. For a session pale ale at 2.7%, this packs a punch. Strong tropical flavours lead you into a light bitter citrus finish, with fruity berry notes in the background. A powerhouse of a session ale that manages to stay light and refreshing while packing in lots of strong flavours.
Roy –
Great flavour for a low ABV
Brian –
fine for a micro fairly tasty but certainly not the tastiest micro
Stephen –
Kieran –
Callum –
Calum –
PAUL –
Great session starter
Richard –
Easy drinking and good for a low alcohol alternative.
Simon –
Tom –
Not at all taken by these table beers. A bit like table wine is never usually the best. They never seem to have enough taste. Have a shandy, frankly.
Dean –
A little plain but a good table beer
Philip –
Light, average, low abv. Fine but plain
Steven –
Good tasting and a nice little brewery
Robert –
Lovely fresh light beer, and good flavour for the strength
Peter –
Ali –
Not sure if the lockdown adds to the satisfaction of the beer but despite its low abv can’t fault this at all, went down a treat.
William –
🍺
Ben –
Adam –
Very juicy, fairly light bodied but doesn’t feel watered down.
Tom –
Morgan –
Ian –
A good hoppy lower alc beer, I will buy again
Liam –
Honestly just not for me, I had many friends who recommend this one, though.
Aaron –
Not very strong but refreshing ale
Steve –
Citrusy and fruity. Not my favourite from these guys but I don’t like lighter beer so can’t mark it down too much
Vincent –
Light, but lots of flavour. Good driving beer if ever I saw one.
David –
Peter –
Liked it!
Martin –
Light and crisp a good evening drink
Yana –
Light, crisp and refreshing. Great for any time of the year.
Gary –
Fresh tasting, fruity, low ABV – perfect for a summer afternoon.
Laurence –
Doesn’t leave a hole like many low-ABV bears, nice hoppy flavour. Probably my favourite of this type.
Andy –
Easy drinking beer and excellent for a session
adam –
Crisp and refreshing. very pleasant to drink
Cecilia –
Really good taste and low %- will buy more of this
Nik –
Light, but not watery
Shaun –
Nice session ale
Andrew –
Freddie –
Tasty!
Marc –
Fine
John –
A decent table beer. Perhaps lacks a bit of the heft of a Jacob’s Ladder from Buxton but well crafted regardless.
Lee –
Darun –
good
Alun –
This is tasty
Tomos –
Easy drinking
Joe –
Packs a big taste for a low percentage beer. You can tell this is an under 3% but that helps make it a all day drinker that is refreshing without being heavy
Alistair –
Dan –
Christopher –
Really nice
Matthew –
Really tasty, nice dry finish
Joshua –
Light beer, could drink plenty of this
DIONNE –
Too sour for my palette.
Craig –
Lovely small beer. Great expression at a low ABV, so sippable in the hot weather
Craig –
Big taste for a small ABV
James –
Light and easy to drink
Tim –
Oli –
Dom –
okay, lacks of character
Stephen –
Extremely light and refreshing
David –
You get citrus and tropical fruit, just with less body, which is typical of a small beer but still a little disappointing when you first try it.
Claire –
Crisp and citrusy. A great option when you don’t want no alcohol but want to keep the alcohol content down.
Lindsay –
I love this – doesn’t compromise on flavour at all. The prmoised fruity, herbal a crisp flavours are all there.
Oliver –
Really didn’t like this! Didn’t taste of anything for me!
Rowan –
Really enjoyed this. Low abv is great as i can have something that tastes way better than a beck’s blue when i need to concentrate 🙂
Hayley –
It really is herbal. Very nice.
Tom –
Dan –
Great light ale. Has the second wave of flavour that’s often missing on the lighter abv beers
Sam –
Lewis –
A really easy low ABV pale. Great sessioning!
Adam –
Average
Ian –
Bit of a lightweight as the ABV suggests but plenty of flavour. OK for a picnic.
Chris –
Another banger for such a low ABV
Mike –
Very flavourful and enjoyable. Having a low ABV% is sometimes a blessing
Stephen –
Meh
Mark –
JAMES –
Joshua –
Lucy –
Lovely light refreshing ale, low alcohol makes it perfect with lunch. Great taste.
Sarah –
Gentle session beer, very drinkable
Arron –
Paul –
Mark –
Jonathan –
Felix –
Light and easy. Hops flavour was ok
Kevin –
Alex –
Graeme –
Ben –
Delicious and crisp pale ale
Jeff –
Great light ale
John –
Very light. A reasonable table beer but there are better examples these days. Shame, the brewery is usually better than this.
Jamie –
Paul –
Very nice; light and refreshing without being boring.
Richard –
Craig –
Very fruity scent but refreshingly crisp. Lovely and light and very easy to drink. A good companion to some salty snacks.
Adam –
Edward –
Really tasty beer, shame there isn’t more alcohol 🙁
Robert –
smooth, easy wish it was more alcoholic
aaglaves –
Robbie –
Fresh easy drinker
Nathan –
A nice light beer from Wiper and True. Their beers are as good as always.
Jonathan –
Light and drinkable pale, perfect for drinking in the sun!
Tom –
Doug –
Hoppy with a clean, bitter finish. However, unsurprising given its just 2.7%, lacks oomph.
bijal –
nice low alcohol beer
Alex –
Gareth –
Jacob –
The first thing that hit when cracking this open was the aroma! Delicious and I couldn’t wait to pour and get stuck in. Unfortunatley that was where the excitement ended. It wasn’t that this beer tasted bad to me, just that it lacked some flavour. Perhaps at 2.7% I shouldn’t expect too much? It was nicer than no alcohol IPA and I guess if you are after a true
Chris –
Don’t know if I’ve had a better beer under 3%.
Tom –
It’s ok. Not much punch to it, feels a little watery.
Alfie –
Pretty good for something so low in alcohol.
Wayne –
Low ABV but a nice taste definitely would try again
Kate –
I love this stuff! Low alcohol but satisfying like a “proper beer”.
Mitch –
Nice and easy, light and smooth
Amdrew Connolly –
I love this beer. I first came across it in a monthly mixed case, decided it was fab and was then knocked back by its low alcohol content. It definitely doesn’t sacrifice taste.
Oliver –
I’m partial to a low abv beer, Northern Monk’s offering for instance is great. However this was really unremarkable. Not too excited about trying the other Wiper & True beer I bought in the same pack.
Craig –
Hazy pour, easy drinking, fairly bitter.
Jonathan –
Light fruity and wonderfully flavoursome, a great value pale.
Nick –
Nice hoppy, easy drinking summer beer.
Emyr –
Daniella A –
Pauline –
Extremely tasty and perfect, at 2.7%, when you, or friends don’t want a high or no alcohol beer. Definitely one to keep in the fridge.
James –
Above average low abv, decent hop taste.
Charles –
Not bursting with flavour
Simon –
Craig –
One of my favourite low abv beers in the UK at the moment. Light, refreshing, balanced, full of flavour.
For a 2.8% beer you can’t go wrong.
Adam –
If you want a low percentage beer then this is for you
Tristan –
Light and refreshing. A bit thin.
Simon –
surprisingly good for such low %
JAYNE –
A small beer with BIG flavour and taste. A leprechaun sits alone at the bar with a pint of Tuborg. He likes green.
Matthew –
Not quite kernel
Jonathan –
Its nice but I prefer Kernel Table Beer for a low ABV pale ale
James –
Really good for a low ABV beer.
Lewis –
A really good and flavourful beer for such a low ABV.
Joe –
Easy drinking!
David –
Nice light beer
Rogier –
Lovely little beer, will definitely be included in my next order.
Bruno –
Neil –
For a 2.7% beer this packs a flavour punch well above what was expected for that abv. Would certainly order this again and Is a great introduction to those who don’t wish to drink high abv beers.
M –
Lacks punch
simon –
refreshing and tasty
Josey –
Very tasty for such low ABV
Phillip –
Average, not bad for a low strength pale.
Tom –
Stuart –
Crisp
Rob –
Great session option – zero flavour compromise
Michael –
Super light and fresh – a lovely little drop.
Peter –
Garlic bread….the future for that taking it easy time. Rounded hoppy flavour…no heavy malt linger like many low alc beers
Peter –
Fantastically drinkable and flavoursome
mark –
love my tale beers
Roy –
It’s genuinely sessionable, but perhaps a little too plain or light for my tastes. Not quite hoppy enough for me.
