A succulent blended sour beer base is made from a pink peppercorn saison, aged in one of our Napa Valley Foudres, combined with a unique mix of other aged saisons from our extensive barrel library. This base blend is then topped up with an acid drop of select barrels before slamming in an impossible quantity of fresh raspberries, drupe sacks brimming with tasty juices.
