Wow, flavour combination I’ve never before experienced in a beer. Very whisky-smoked spicy sour beer. Too weird for some, sure, but I like. Crazy!

A beer inspired by a cocktail. Australian bartender Sam Ross created several enduring drink recipes while at Milk & Honey in New York, most famously the Penicillin Cocktail: a smoky, spicy mix of Scotch, honey, ginger and lemon. Wild Beer deconstructed these cocktail ingredients and put them all together to brew a beer they wanted to make for a very long time.
