Aromas of citrus and stonefruit. Pours a cloudy dark amber. I’m a big fan of these Belgian style beer/IPA crossovers and I think it’s a style we’ll see more and more of in the future. This collab from Unity and Zapato is another good one. From the IPA side, you’ve got a West Coast style bitter grapefruit rind flavour and a light, sweet citrus caramel. From the Belgian beer side you’ve got fruity, intense and earthy stonefruit. As well as spicy and fragrant cinnamon and cloves, this gives it a real Christmas vibe. It’s very well balanced. Both sides of the beer work well together and you can pick out each flavour individually. Nothing gets lost and the flavours aren’t muddled. Yeah, this is good stuff.

Very nice – big fan of Belgian-IPA hybrids and this was a cracker of that style. Highly recommended!
This IPA is lovingly brewed by the fantastic Unity Brewing.
This tasty brew comes in a 440ml can and is 6.8% ABV.
Brewed in collaboration with the lovely Zapato Brewery this hybrid IPA takes it right back to the late 00’s, very much in the West Coast style but fermented with Bastogne yeast to spicy things up.
