Unity’s spring saison, inspired by the fresh optimism, growth and light of the season. This year they brewed Printemps with a heavy dose of flaked and malted spelt in the mash to bring honey-like flavours and hopped with lots of Amarillo in the whirlpool to add soft fruit and floral notes.

Wasnt so keen on this one. But not bad for a saison

I really rate Unity and they are great at producing these styles. A solid Saison, not too heavy.

Drinkable, but rather dull Saison if I’m honest.
Matthew –
Spelt added an additional level of complexity. Very enjoyable
Stephen –
Good brew with plenty going on. Enjoyed but not up there with some of the others I’ve tried.
Julian –
Nice interesting flavours. It tastes continental. I get hints of a Belgium brew and as a previous reviewer said it is not unlike a wheat beer.

Nice but a little too light to hit home.
Bethany –
Very nice and refreshing almost like a German Wheat Beer in taste

Lovely. Just enough of a bitter bite to cut through the fruit and hops.
