The fruit doesn’t over dominate or make the beer too sweet. Good sour base. Not too strong either. Hefty sediment so be warned.

I absolutely loved this – the sourness of all those berries works perfectly with the beer.

An aroma of summer fruits and pastry. Pours a bright blood red in the glass. This starts off on the tartness of redcurrants and this moves into and mixes with a sour raspberry flavour. It then ends on a salty sherbert note as the salt and corriander seeds blend in with the sour fruit. You get a slight herbal aftertaste from the coriander as well.
This Sour Beer is lovingly brewed by the fantastic Unity Brewing.
This tasty brew comes in a 440ml can and is 4.2% ABV.
A fruity and refreshing sour wheat beer co fermented on Kviek and Lactobacillus yeast, conditioned on heaps of strawberry, raspberry and redcurrant puree.
