The Brewery says: German pilsner malt and Cara gold form the base of this west coast with acidulated malt used to reduce the pH of the mash and aid with reducing tannic bitterness. This gives a beautifully smooth, golden biscuit character which complements the kettle hop bitterness and dry hop character of Columbus, Centennial and Simcoe. Marmalade bitterness, floral, pine forest aromatics and assertive mouth coating resin melds with passion fruit and lemon peel in a smooth, refreshing finish.
