The Brewery says: Our first packaged beer of the year is an absolute monster. Between ourselves, Bagby & Crosby Hops we’ve created a pretty bulletproof trifecta. We’ve worked on creating the delicate malt bill – balancing biscuit with light crystal sweetness using Extra Pale malt, wheat & a small percentage of Cara Gold. This base works with the 2020 crop Centennial added throughout the boil for bitterness & flavour. 2021 Centennial in the dry hop is the dank cherry on a beautiful cake. Get ready for a huge wallop of pithy marmalade, heady pine & assertive lemon peel bitterness. The body is refreshing & clean with snappy carbonation leading to a slightly sticky, long bitterness to finish with a lingering orange jelly baby aftertaste.
