Not getting a great deal of Rhubarb, but this is great! Slighty tart, salty, fruity! IMHO its more a gose than saison? but superb whatever your choice!

This grew on me. Started out with a face pinch and ended up with a “Aw no; it’s finished”. A very nice unusual saison.

The more of this I had, the better it got. I’m still getting into my sours and saisons and I’m constantly shocked by the flavours available. I was sold on the rhubarb, not so much the potato

Great sour saison tangy with dry finish

A fascinating beer, not sure what the potato lends to the flavour but the rye is there as is the rhubarb. Slight sour flavours work well not a hint of a hop. Oak chips are a little on the shy side but the sea salt works really well giving the finish a subtle salty hit. A very good beer.

Hygge is a Danish export and it means whatever you want it to. This potent 7% Rye Saison is packed with Danish delights, such as Potatoes and Rhubarb before being matured with Oak Chips to tie that all together.
