A fruity aroma. Pours light, clear and champagne coloured in the glass. This beer has a low orange zest bitterness running throughout it. There’s lots of light fruity notes and its refreshing. I can see this going well with some spicy food. This IPA is light, clean, fruity and refreshing.

A wonderfully simple IPA, with no faffing about and a massive, clean hop hit. I’m not a great fan of massive hops and I can’t imagine drinking this as a session beer, but the honey does soften the astringency and it’s absolutely brilliant as a curry accompaniment, the simple flavour cuts so well through the spices. I’d buy it again for that reason alone.

The immediate impression of this wonderful multi award winning India Pale Ale is soft and smooth but this builds around the mouth to a crescendo of massive hoppiness accentuated by honey.
