Great combination of the fruity pinot noir with the richness of barrel-ageing. It could actually have done with being more sour, but that’s just a personal taste thing!

tart, slightly sour, some tannins from the red wine barrels. all in all a lovely refreshing beer.

A sour beer that tastes like a natural white wine, amazing
Might Oude Bae be your new bae? This brew is a 6.5% ABV amber sour ale refermented with Pinot Noir grape juice in French Oak barrels for a month. Hailing from Baltimore, the name is a cheeky reference to Old Bay seasoning as well as those zingy lambics.
