Decent this. Some peach taste to it and a reasonable bitterness. Hides the strength well

This is a straightforward, no messing around DDH DIPA. It’s got very prominent dank hop character to it. Really rich and boozey, with a resinous caramel flavour coming through. This slides away with hints of pine and grapefruit bitterness. Its strength isn’t hidden anywhere and it demands your respect.

More DIPA than DDH, this beer was a little disappointing and fell into the trap of so many DIPAs I’ve tried over the years that are overpowered by the alcohol. Sometimes the late addition of (lots of) hops gives a stronger IPA the required juiciness to create a bolder, more rounded flavour. Whilst enjoyable, this beer fails to achieve much from dry hopping.

Light and hoppy, lacked the punch and richness I’d like from a DIPA

Good balanced DIPA not too sweet not too bitter very easy going and hides the abv
This IPA is lovingly brewed by the fantastic Signature Brew.
This tasty brew comes in a 440ml can and is 8.6% ABV.
The good people at Signature Brew say:
Big Beat forms the backbone of 99 Problems, Fix Up Look Sharp & 100s of classics. This beer’s bold peach & melon hits are as huge as the iconic drum riff itself.
