The Brewery says: Two almost identical IPA recipes, fermented with a tropical yeast flown over from America. Day IPA is your classic golden colour. The only tweak to Night IPA is the addition of a specialty dark malt, transforming the beer into a black IPA, adding another layer of complexity to explore
