This beer is part of the Sakiskiu series of lactic sour ales. It’s special by being tart instead of really sour. It’s not an in your face type and it reveals itself in the aftertaste, thanks to getting mixed with Citra hops and real Colombian passion fruit in the secondary fermentation. Despite its shameful alcohol content this brew does not feel too empty. They used loads of flaked oats and wheat in the mash and a tiny bit of lactose in the copper to compensate for the low ABV.
