A lively, hoppy, and multi-award winning Red Ale with a sweet caramel malt backbone. Big Hop Red has a light bitterness with a generous serving of West Coast American hops to add fruity character. A final dry hopping gives an extra kick of zesty flavor and piney aromas.

I liked the combination of hop and malt in this one – balanced nicely. Good flavour. A bitter-sweet, fruity but with a bit of toffee too.
David –
