Pressure Drop’s New England IPA is all about maximising the hops’ fruity character with layers of grain and yeast. Made alongside a Brut IPA, the duo were created with the aim of paring back the beer to intensify flavours. So the result is bone dry, crisp light, with an intense hoppiness. Labels are designed by Bristol’s Matt Jeffs, who also labelled up the brand’s Freimann’s Dunkelweiss back in 2013.
