This IPA is lovingly brewed by the fantastic Polly’s Brew Co.
This tasty brew comes in a 440ml can and is 8.2% ABV.
The good people at Polly’s Brew Co say:
I think it goes without saying that we’re huge fans of Mosaic here at Polly’s. We’ve taken single hopped beers all the way from kickass sessionable Small IPAs to Pales, to DDH Pales, to IPAs, but there’s one territory we’ve never explored with this varietal – the DIPA.
In homage to probably our favourite hop in terms of overall re-usability, we’ve gone big on this one. Like, really big.
Heavy Moon is an all out Mosaic hop bomb, loaded with a 19g/L dry hop charge. All the big hitting notes are present – mango, blueberry, stone fruits and earthy pine in both aroma and flavour, all wrapped up and fermented out with Kveik for maximum flavour intensity.

Very disappointing, expected a lot more. Have had some good Polly’s beers but some I just don”t like, have reached the end of the road with Polly’s for the time being. This was bland

Really not for me. I think it’s the yeast that makes it so foul.

Wheat comes through nicely, could be a bit more dank for my taste

Another amazingly juicy double IPA from pollys
Edward –
Slightly syrupy, earthy with floral notes and stone fruit flavours. There’s also a trace of wheat beer character that I wasn’t expecting, but enjoyed!
Richard –
Heavy Moon is an all out Mosaic hop bomb!!!
Alex –
Abosulte sweet pine bomb, this is so smooth for the strength it’s dangerous, lots of mosaic powering out giving an explosion of fruit and pine, but sweet and dry so well balanced.
Nathaniel –
