Greetings From Madrid was one of our favourite DIPAs this year as its prominent use of Sabro hops and zesty Kveik yeast delivered an flavour profile that felt really new and exciting while being perfectly balanced. We chatted to the team in Madrid and realised that the chance to brew a big brother to the recipe might come up in the brew schedule and we jumped at the chance to brew a Kveik TIPA.
