This is a complex little beer. I tried the Atomium a couple of weeks ago and had this sitting in the cellar (who am I kidding it’s the outhouse with a fridge in!). This is like a sour (although not too sour) pale ale. There’s malt and caramel with a really nice earthy Yeastiness to it, I do like the beer from Partizan, they always push the boundaries and come out good.

To Belgium. It’s not like they’ve got a decent rep for beers is it!
Bright gold in colour with a delicate body. Citrus peel and oak nose. Complex flavours from the Brettanomyces and the Pinot Noir barrels with a dry finish. An intricately balanced and sophisticated aged beer!
