Unique enough to know its an Omnipollo, juicy enough for Trillium. Ideal.

Bit past its best this one, the hops had gone and it was a real malt bomb. A very good malt bomb mind.

Old school VERY malty DIPA. Very Omnipollo, but not really my thing unfortunately.

Good. Like pretty much every Omnipollo beer. Expertly put together, doing all the most of the good DIPA things. I enjoyed it, I really did. Did I love it? Not really. It doesn’t do anything wrong – far from it – but there’s nothing to spark the imagination.

I work with dogs every day, so this was an essential beer. Really enjoyed it, I think it would be amazing very fresh

Was really looking forward to this beer but was sadly very disappointed. This smells and tastes so boozy it should have a warning. That is not a complement. The fruity and hoppy notes are overwhelmed by the alcohol. Not a good sign.

One more very great DIPA. Hops, bitterness, fruitiness, it’s all there.
An Omnipollo collaboration with US brewer Trillium. The name was inspired by a photo of David Hasselhoff covered in puppies, that the Trillium brewer saw while visiting Stockholm. A nose of tropical fruit and bubble gum takes the lead with woody resin undertones. The palate is juicy with flavours of creamy pineapple and freshly baked bread, wrapping it up with a ‘soft-as-a-puppy’ bitterness.
