In our effort to make a tripel a bit more exciting than most examples out there, Oedipus decided to spice it like a Thai dish. Lemongrass, Galangal root, coriander, orange peel and chilli pepper blend in with some exotic late hops in this subverted yet delicious tripel.
About the brewery
The Oedipus story began with drinking beers from global breweries. This exposure to alternative taste sensations motivated the team to create their own. Their journey to Oedipus HQ in Amsterdam involved home brewing in kitchens, crazy flavour experimentation and setting up their own festival. Now they design new brews in their taste lab, welcome guests in the taproom, serve beer-food pairings, host an artist-in-residence programme and throw awesome parties.
