A lovely sour, just not quite sour enough for me!

Rarely is a beer so well described in the title, massively sour and plenty of prominent orange flavours. Amazing.

Very sour and thick mouthfeel, shared half can as found it too much.

Absolutely perfect beer. Smooth but tart, sweet but malty. Could not improve upon!

Wasn’t a huge fan of this one, found 440ml a little hard going. Not massively sour.

For the second in Northern Monk’s series of Patron collaborations with Lucy Ketchin, they showcase the fruit Lucy herself was most eager for them to work with – tangerine. Pilsner malt, flaked oats, kettle-soured wort and El Dorado hopped two ways, combine with lactose, vanilla, and lots and lots of pureed tangerines.
