A simple malt base of Pale malt to take the beer up to 7.2%, then small kettle additions of US and UK hops for a soft fruity bitterness. Come dry hopping time Northern Monk go for it. 16kg of Citra spread over three additions are layered into the beer for the ultimate juicy, resinous taste experience and an aroma of tropical fruit you can smell across the room.
