A Pure Juice Fest. Loads of Passion Fruit, Grapefruit and Pineapple flavours in this with a slight floral backbone. Wholesome and tasty as hell.

Great pale ale. Excellent balance of citrus and hoppy profile.

Pretty average – I think too many cooks may have resulted in this being a bit unsure what it is.

Celebrating their Manchester opening, Northern Monk asked local brewing friends to suggest an ingredient or approach that would make their beer quintessentially Manchester. They teamed up with Cloudwater, Track, Manchester Marble, Blackjack and Runaway. Reflecting the city’s pride in its history as a key international trading post, they used a global selection of hops. A classic golden pale ale in true Mancunian style, with gentle up front bitterness and layers of gooseberry, passion fruit, sherbet, and citrus fruit courtesy of the international hop profile.
