Very floral and fruity, but an almost soapy aftertaste. Not sure. Too many cooks maybe.

Amazing!!! Tasted like a peach pie. Very gourmand, the addition of cinnamon made it even better. Velvety, smooth, sweet, but not overly sweet. Like a sophisticated dessert.

The strangest sour I’ve had.

This IPA is lovingly brewed by the fantastic Northern Monk.
This tasty brew comes in a 440ml can and is 6.8% ABV.
The good people at Northern Monk say:
For this one, we decided to lead with 100g/l of the stone fruits peach and apricot, and backed these up with mango, cinnamon and vanilla pods, as well as maltodextrin for body and mouthfeel. We blended this fruited kettle sour with an IPA, packed with oats and wheat and dry-hopped with Azacca and NZ Waimea, to compliment the stone fruit character and bring notes of melon and passion fruit.
