Nectar is derived from “nektar” in Greek – aka the drink of the gods. This brew by North End is part of their Salt & Wood range. It uses a Saison base, is soured with yoghurt culture, boiled with dried mango, and conditioned on peaches. Oh lord(s). Created for the Australasian Gabs Festival 2018.
