Sometimes if it is worth doing, it is worth over doing. At least that is what a wise brewer once told the guys at NZ brewery North End. They took La Mûre, their Sour Blackberry Farmhouse Ale and barrel aged it with a cocktail of wild yeasts and a massive extra serving of Te Horo blackberries. The result is tangy and fruity with a subtle hint of the wild.
