Pours hazy yellow to light orange with a medium to frothy head. Notes of white grape, some lemon, straw, tingling bubbly carbonation, medium to light body, hoppy bitter drying into the finish.

Now this has an interesting characteristic, the dry winey, finish works not a quaffing beer but yep it definitely works.

One of the better Brut IPA’s out there. Crisp yet juicy. Citrusy and wholesome.

Really enjoying Brut IPAs, especially from North Brewing. Britvic 55 & lemonade with a clean, dry, light finish.

Getting alot of malt flavour on the back end, slight bitterness and it is dry, still feels like it’s lacking something though, quite a thin body.
Origin of Water by North Brewing showcases the characteristics of German Hallertau Blanc hops, with a fruity, almost winey aroma. This beer is spritzy and effervescent, with a slight biscuity malt flavour and a crisp, dry finish.
