This tasty story started when Seb of North Brewing combined the team’s love of hops and all things mouth puckering to create their Sour IPA ‘Island in Space.’ The beer tasted great, and spurred him on to experiment within the style. Cobra and Phases is a 6.5% Sour IPA brewed with raspberries and lychees for a lush, fruitily refreshing brew.
