I rather think I would love the 8% version! This was clean and tasty with that great combination of hoppy IPA and roasted malts that linger after the rich combination first hits the tongue. Definitely More-ish.

Strong roasted malt aroma, with that also powerful in the flavour, along with dark fruits and what seems like ginger providing a slight spiciness. Dry, bitter and sweet finish.

Great BIPA. Gorgeous fruity nose that begs you to taste it. The dark richness comes in much later for a fab experience, yet still light.
Illusion is inspired by the awesome beer style created in the States known as Imperial Black Ale (or Black IPA, or whatever you want to argue it should be called). Moor admired the profile of this style but wanted a session strength version. They brewed theirs at 4.5% instead of the typical 8% , but retained the unique flavour profile.
