Almost clear golden coloured pour with a white head. Big hits of sweet tropical fruit delivered with some grapefruit, melon, lychee, tangerine, sweet malty backing, start sweet and finishes with a solid bitter hoppy finish. Lovely.

Don’t know what happened with this one. Cheesy notes, followed by quite nice grassy tartiness, turning into rusty nail and followed by high bitterness and booziness. Like breakfast at Spoons’.
Introducing Wake & Bake, brewed in collab with Miami’s J. Wakefield Brewing. Double dry hopped with Idaho 7, Nelson Sauvin and Simcoe. Fermented with a blend of American and English Ale yeast strains. Perfectly balanced, juicy and chewy, at a hazy 8%. Bringing some Miami warmth to cold winter days.

Lovely DIPA, hard to believe it has 8 ABV

Strong ester profile in aroma & taste, tropical fruit, pear drops & a warm boozy finish. Oily, fruity & nice bitterness
