Great smells of hops and citrus, and the same with taste with just a little bit of Tang on the end, could see myself in a beer garden in the summer with this thirst quencher, very good lager.

I know it’s meant to be some crazy-named style, but it tasted a lot like a traditional unfiltered Pilsner to me.

Medium bodied and relatively crisp. The flavour is very grainy and bready, with the hops providing bitterness but very little in the way of fruit. It’s OK but not what I look for in a lager

I’d read a lot of good things about this lager and was a little sceptical that it could be as good or as tasty as it’s German counterparts. Whilst it doesn’t have the crispness of it’s Euorpean cousin, it has a lovely, smooth flavour that the Germans would be proud of. Something a little different and very good it is too.

An incredible example of the style. They’ve not been in business long but already Lost and Grounded have made such a mark on the UK brewing scene with their flagship beer.

Very lovely beer. I am from Germany and this beer is really great!!
Sometimes the simple things in life are the best. Lost & Grounded take Pilsner malt from Germany and combine with three traditional hop varieties – Magnum, Perle and Hallertauer Mittelfruh – to produce a clean, unfiltered, Hop Bitter Lager Beer.
