A great tasting stout, you wouldn’t know that it was over 7% by the taste. Very full bodied and easy on the palet.

Didn't love it but didn't hate it. Flavours a bit lacking.

So flavoursome and powerful, this stout does everything right and is worthy of 5 stars.

Aromas of strong roasted malt and coffee. Pours black in the glass. A medium bodied stout, Flying Saucer starts smooth and creamy, with a light milky lactose sweetness. It also has a savoury malt backbone running through it. On the finish it's strong and dark, with the bitter flavours of malt and ground coffee. Decent, with all the classic flavours of a good Irish stout.

Didn't feel like a 7.7% and not much complexity. Fine, but lacking in flavour, unfortunately.
