A light and deliciously tart gose, brewed with passion fruit puree to give a totally tropical hit. Gose is the top-fermented beer that began in Goslar, Germany and is brewed with at least a 50% malted wheat grain bill. Dominant flavours in gose include lemon sourness, a herbal characteristic, and strong saltiness. A beer howling with flavour.
