A Mai Tai kettle sour. We’ve created a traditional base sour using out house lactobacillus strain, then blended it with whole oranges (that’s right – whole ones, turned to juicr, with skins and everything), pineapple puree and a dash of lime. It’s cocktail meets beer meet sour, juicy, and sweet.
