A margarita sour. So you get that head snapping, mouth puckering hit of sour that is then followed by a ton of limes. I thought it was great.
For me this works better than lots of the berry sours around. It feels like a more natural fit. It’s sharp, clean, and refreshing. I am a bit of a lime fan.
I’ve been really impressed by Gipsy Hill recently.

Parrothead is a Kettle Sour, that’s soured overnight, and then spiked with citrus. Hopped with citrus peel and has a 4.2% ABV. Goes well with sand and heat – it must be 5 o’clock somewhere.
