Sweet, which is necessarily a bad thing, but maybe a bit too much here.

What a delicious, fruity delight. Lovely stout like mouth feel with the sediment, peach Melba aroma, lots and lots of 'milkshake' goodness and no bitterness. A new favourite.

Unique flavour, whisky prominent, yet the peach comes through nicely.

Absolutely delicious. Very tasty peach with a lovely warmth coming from the whisky finish.

Unusual in the best of ways; sweet and smooth with a little hoppy tang.

A smokey and fruity peach aroma. Pours a dark orange in the glass.
I bought this because it’s one of the most interesting ideas for a beer I’ve seen in a while. An IPA barrel aged in ex bourbon and Irish single malt whisky casks, as well as on a bed of peaches.
There’s very little carbonation and its smooth and clean. You get peach flavour coming through, but its fruity and not sweet. Then the cask flavour comes in. The cask taste is creamy, smokey and earthy. So you get a little touch of peaches and cream, before it ends on a peaty and earthy, vanilla bourbon finish. Definitely one of the most unique flavour profiles of any IPA I’ve drank recently and I really enjoyed it.
To describe it in fewer words, it’s like kind of like a peach ale, with creamy and smokey bourbon notes.

Not bad. Can taste the whisky barrels but a bit too sweet.
This Wild Beer is lovingly brewed by the fantastic Dot Brew.
This tasty brew comes in a 440ml can and is 6.0% ABV.
Pale ale aged in bourbon and port cask for 6 months before blended and returned to in rum for 2 more months, transferred to stainless steel tanks with 20g per liter of fresh peaches add.
