The concept of morality can give rise to various interpretations and in Quebec, it has a historical link with alcohol. The brewers use an immoral amount of hops with a mix of Simcoe, Citra and Centennial. The result is a dry, aromatic and slightly resinous finish reminiscent of tropical fruits, with sharp bitterness. Morality was born from a collaboration with John Kimmich of The Alchemist Brewery, Vermont.

Peter –
Possibly has slight cat pee aroma that became more floral and piney as it warmed up a bit. Otherwise nice hoppy flavours and bitterness.
