Take a perfect stout and barrel age it. It’s now beyond perfect?

Very good imperial stout. Dark roasted malts give coffee chocolate notes as well as the sweet woody vanilla from the bourbon barrels. A fantastic beer and i’m glad i saved it till Christmas.
Martin –
A big chap. Chocolate. Coffee. Bit of warmth. Get the bourbon on the outside. Dark fruits. Surprising amount of carbonation for the abv.
