On the night of June 29, 2019 the famous pines along the A4 motorway between Padua and Venice were removed without warning. The day after, thousands of comments of regret and anger over the loss of a symbol that for many had become a point of reference. For the most frequent visitors of the A4 highway, those pines, for more than 60 years, have been the signal of arrival in Padua.
In memory of their disappearance, CR/AK have created the beer with no name (a 7.5% DDH IPA hopped with Ekuanot, Citra and Amarillo), but with a symbol, the famous A4 Pines designed by the Paduan artist Emmanuele Panzarini.
A 7.5% DDH IPA with a resinous character, in memory of our beloved pines, and fruity notes to give it freshness. Hopped with Ekuanot, Citra and Amarillo.
Craig –
Solid IPA. Piney and fruity. Eukanot, citra and Amarillo compliment each other well here.
