The Tastes of Tomorrow? The future was sat in a flask on our grandparent’s kitchen table all along, providing energy for working the fields, a tradition that has come full circle as we focus on locality. Our Grape DDH IPA blends the deep, aromatic Moscato Giallo vine that helped fuel our region’s workforce, with the fruity flavours of Mosaic, Citra, Strata and Nelson Sauvin hops. The result is a distinctively native beer that celebrates the harmony between old and new.

Tastes like you'd expect from a strong DDH IPA with grape added. The sweet muscat flavours come through, though mercifully not too strong, but its still an odd combination of flavours
Sam –
Was hoping for grape to come through. Was missing a bit for me.

This is really interesting. Very grapey and definitely wine inspired but perhaps a little over sweet as a result. Fascinating though.

Thoroughly recommended! I knew it was going to be good as soon as I saw the colour. Fresh tasting, fruity notes, perfect carbonation.

Enjoyable mouthful to it, pleasant taste.

Poured a light hazy white grapefruit juice colour. No head. Fruity aroma. Thick and smooth. Resin balanced with all sorts of tropical fruit that I’m struggling to distinguish, gooseberry and grape. I got a warm lingering pithy tangerine finish though which was lovely. However, there was mild astringency midway through the flavour profile that just robbed it of the last star. That’s not necessarily a bad flavour, just not for me.

Bang average, Frank. Poor value.

really enjoyed this one, very unique flavour profile
