Pours a very light hazed yellow colour with a white head. Light fruity with some tangy citrus notes, touch of grapefruit, some lemon, light floral and grassy hoppy accents, yeasty, medium to light body, lingering dry into the finish.

Brewed with from Collective Arts in Hamilton, this Brut IPA was slightly soured with Cloudwater’s house Lactobacillus culture, then fermented with Champagne yeast and dry hopped during fermentation with Ekuanot and Citra BBC. 7%.
