What it is, is what it is, maybe not so much what you think it is.
Weissbier is a pillar of modern beer. This classic German beer category originated in 15th century Bavaria but is now celebrated the world over. Hefeweissbier refers specifically to an unfiltered wheat beer that’s hazy in appearance due to the presence of yeast. Known for distinctive flavours of banana and clove, it’s creamy and smooth while remaining effortlessly drinkable and beautifully refreshing.

A wheaty aroma. Pours light and golden in the glass. A rich, smooth and creamy wheat flavour. There’s notes of sweet banana funk in the middle and it has a nice clove edge. At the end you get an almost sour grassy wheat finish. A great take on a German Hefeweizen.

A nice Weiss beer but there is better out there
