This sour ale is made by macerating freshly picked Orange Rubis apricots (50% of which are pitted) in a blend obtained by selecting specific barrels previously refined with Brettellomyces Bruxellensis, as well as yeasts and bacteria. The result is sweetly balanced, and super zingy!
